Paolo Regolo was born in Sant’Elpidio a Mare (FM) on 4 February 1984. He graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance in 2008, and in Finance and Risk Management in 2011. He joined Studio La Croce’s Milan office in 2009, becoming a partner in 2015. He has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Milan since 2012.He has many years of experience managing corporate crises, with a particular focus on debt and corporate restructuring in general, using both judicial and out-of-court instruments. He has consolidated experience in drafting recovery plans and statements, debt restructuring agreements, and appeals for admission to pre-bankruptcy agreements in arrangement with creditors. He also has expertise in the drafting of technical consultations for both civil and criminal proceedings.He frequently takes on assignments as a director and statutory auditor at operating companies, as well as a corporate liquidator within voluntary liquidation procedures.
