Giovanni La Croce was born in Ancarano (TE) on 24 January 1951 and holds a Business and Economics at Bocconi University in Milan. In 1975, he registered as a chartered accountant before setting up his own private practice: Studio La Croce, one of the first professional associations in Italy to follow the Anglo-Saxon model. He manages the following departments: Business Management, Bankruptcy, Corporate Consultancy, Litigation, Forensics, and Contract Management. He assisted with some of the largest industrial and financial restructuring operations in Italy over the last twenty years. He has held numerous positions in Listed companies and companies of national relevance. He has successfully conducted major litigation and fraud investigations, including on behalf of the Public prosecution. He speaks at major conferences on bankruptcy, turnarounds and gives lectures on the subject at numerous professional institutions. Over the last twenty years, he has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences on bankruptcy, bankruptcy reform and business crises, and has also collaborated with the Trevisanato Commission and Rordorf Commission. Member of the CNDCEC Commission on Bankruptcy Law Reform.President of the Bankruptcy Proceedings Commission for the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Milan from January 2017 to April 2018.President of the “Business Continuity in Restructuring Processes” Working Group of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts from March 2018 to August 2019.
