Barbara Chiarini was born in Bologna on 28 October 1971 and graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Business and Economics in 1997 She is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants in Ravenna, and with the Register of Statutory Auditors. She began her career as a chartered accountant in 2002 and joined Studio La Croce in 2003, before becoming a partner in 2014. In addition to tax and corporate consultancy services, she has experience and expertise in the fields of corporate restructuring, extraordinary transactions, insolvency procedures, corporate audits, and corporate law. She also works as a corporate statutory auditor and assumes legal duties at the Court of Ravenna as an insolvency administrator and a court-appointed liquidator in pre-bankruptcy compositions with creditors.
