Antonio Bosi was born in Bologna on 30 October 1952. He graduated with a degree in Business and Economics. He ran the consulting services department for a business association from 1979 to 1984. He began his career as a chartered accountant in 1984. From 1985 to 2018, he founded and then ran an associate firm specialising on the issues and processes of governance and management organisation, planning and control. He is a management consultant and an independent member of boards of directors, with experience in governance and strategy processes, analysing and improving company organisation\structures, and the drafting and development of industrial plans. He also carries out his professional activity in corporate consultancy, business contracts and company valuations and M&A. He oversees the Corporate Governance, Business Organisation and Planning and Control departments.
